FOSTER MARTIN

Working with Fifth Avenue Real Estate Marketing, overseeing the marketing strategy and implementation to bring these three luxury towers in White Rock to market in summer 2017. Offering an exceptional blend of uncompromised sophistication, urban connectivity, and seaside living, Foster Martin was designed by IBI Group and set a new price point in the market.

1151 SUNSET DRIVE

One of the first high-rise towers to come to market in the heart of British Columbia’s Okanagan wine region since the recession, Hestia Marketing Group developed and oversaw the marketing and sales in conjunction with Fifth Avenue Real Estate Marketing for this 109 unit, $65 million tower to achieve over 90% sales and set a new price point in the area.

ONE WATER STREET

Kelowna’s tallest towers, designed by Kasian Architects, were brought to market in the fall of 2017 and resulted in over $100 million in revenue in a one-day launch, selling the most real estate in Kelowna in a single day, once again setting new price threshold’s in the area. Hestia worked with Fifth Avenue and Epic Real Estate Solutions Inc. to strategize and launch this development.

PACIFIC GATE

Consulted to S&P Real Estate Corp to direct the initial marketing plan and branding, done by Wordsearch, for Pacific Gate by Bosa Development in San Diego and their Rethink San Diego exhibition. The exhibition drew over 6,000 visitors over a 2 month period as part of the lead generation to the sales launch of this $400 million 215 unit, 41 storey building in downtown San Diego.

50 ELECTRONIC AVENUE

Working with Panatch Group to develop and execute the marketing and sales strategy for this $225 million 358 unit mid-rise in the heart of Port Moody, BC. This launch included a Local’s First sales campaign as well as an innovative Rent-to-Own program to help get first-time buyers into the marketplace and sold over 60% of Phase I in the initial release.

LAKESTONE

Developing and overseeing the implementation of a new marketing and sales plan for Macdonald Development for this 550-acre masterplanned development in Lake Country, BC, including the grand opening of their Benchlands Parks and Courts and Parade of Homes which drew over 1200 guests on opening day.

TRUMP INTERNATIONAL HOTEL & TOWER WAIKIKI BEACH WALK

Senior VP Marketing at S&P Destination Properties, oversaw the marketing success of the Trump International Hotel & Tower Waikiki Beach Walk, recognized for single-day sales of $700 million (444 units ranging from $500k – $8M), setting records worldwide.

THE RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES KAPALUA

Launched and sold 93 of the 107 one-and two-bedroom whole-ownership suites within a wing of the newly transformed Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua hotel at an average price of $1.9 million in 2008 for a single day 87% sell out.

THE RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES WAIKIKI BEACH WALK

Oversaw the Waikiki one-day launch event for Tower 2 on behalf of S&P Real Estate Corporation in July 2014. The Ritz-Carlton Waikiki Beach Walk sold over $750 million in real estate in 15 months (2 phases) through launch marketing campaigns.

TUMBLE CREEK CLUB

Developed a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy for the TumbleCreek Club in Suncadia Washington. Tumble Creek offered a Tom Doak signature golf course, private clubhouse, lookout pavilion, private fishing camp and a range of natural amenities to take advantage of the spectacular site. The first release of these $500K – $1.5M custom homesites and club memberships sales resulted in Washington’s largest single-day sale of luxury home sites.

LOCH LOMOND GOLF CLUB

Assisted the Loch Lomond team in the development and refinement of an international high-touch, tap on the shoulder membership drive strategy catering to wealthy golf connoisseurs across 15 countries seeking an international club where they could golf, experience a storied place and develop their international connections. Created an International Club Captain’s Program that selected members as captains from each country to drive membership and compete amongst themselves in a Ryder Cup format.

THE VIEW AT 1212

Boutique collection of 19 bespoke concrete condominiums in Tsawwassen, BC Canada ranging from $1M – $1.8M. Hestia Marketing Group directed the entire marketing and sales campaign. This resulted in 65% of the $23 million development sold at launch within four months of introduction to the market.

VANCOUVER HOUSE

A Bjarke Ingels designed 52 storey, 388 unit tower in downtown Vancouver. Worked together with S&P Real Estate Corp who launching $500 million of super-prime, high density, residential real estate for Canada’s leading luxury developer, Westbank in 2014.

TERRANEA RESORT

Launched and sold 36 Ocean Casitas and 15 Ocean Villas in Rancho Palos Verdes California, totaling $120 million in 2.5 hours. Ocean Casitas ranged in price from $1,950,000 to $2,600,000 and Ocean Villas ranged from $2,200,000 to $2,950,000.

RAVEN WOODS

Boutique collection of 48 duplex-style luxury townhomes near Deep Cover in North Vancouver, BC. Hestia Marketing worked with Takaya Developments to market and sell the remaining inventory of these million-dollar homes in a stalled market so Takaya could move onto their next development.
